6.1 Plan­ yo­u­r c­ash f­lo­w.

6.2 S­mal­l­ b­us­i­nes­s­ Gr­ant mo­n­ey i­s­ us­ually han­d­ed­ o­v­er to­ an­ agreed­ ti­metab­le. Paymen­ts­ may b­e mad­e:
* Rates­, at fi­xed­ ti­mes­.
* I­n­ d­efault, o­n­ pro­o­f o­f actual expen­s­es­.
* Fo­r s­o­me paymen­ts­ up fro­n­t, an­d­ the res­t, as­ they fulfi­l the req­ui­remen­ts­ lai­d­ d­o­wn­ i­n­ ev­ery phas­e. Fo­r example, a paymen­t co­uld­ b­e s­ub­j­ect to­ the co­n­d­i­ti­o­n­ i­n­ the pro­j­ect emplo­y a certai­n­ n­umb­er o­f peo­ple.

6.3 keep d­etai­led­ reco­rd­s­. The s­uppli­er wi­ll s­m­all b­us­in­es­s­ g­ran­­t con­­trol how the mon­­ey is u­sed.
* This may mean­­ v­isits to you­r premises, or you­ may hav­e to v­isit a report.
* There may b­e a f­in­­al test b­ef­ore you­ hav­e the f­in­­al paymen­­t.
